Rooms in the heart of nature.
Here, indoors becomes outdoors. Natural wooden floors, airy room heights and large glass fronts. Our two spacious panoramic yoga rooms are located in protected seclusion a few metres from the lily pond. It is a wonderful feeling when we gaze from here to the horizon and connect with ourselves.
The larch wood yoga platform is located a five-minute walk away in a beautiful forest clearing. Can you hear the woodpecker hammering, the wind whispering and the leaves rustling? Do you smell spicy tree resins and the fragrant grasses? Do you feel the first rays of sunshine on your skin? There is hardly a more magical place to practise yoga and to connect with yourself.
Daily yoga.
Our team of certified yoga instructors offers daily varied classes for all abilities: Slow or dynamic, gentle or powerful, flowing or holding.
High quality accessories of mats, blocks, meditation cushions, blankets, yoga bolsters and straps are available during our yoga classes.
Not just on the mat.
For us, yoga is more than healthy fitness. It is a way of life. The sustainable Saalerwirt concept places great emphasis on well-being and health: Relax in the soothing warmth of the saunas, refresh yourself in the ecological natural swimming pond or simply sit on the bathing jetty and watch the dancing dragonflies.
All inhouse suites are built to limit the exposure to electromagnetic radiation and furnished in South Tyrolean Swiss pine wood, with orthopaedic mattresses and bedding made of plant fibres.
In our kitchen we use organic produce from our own farm, herbs from the kitchen garden, and as far as possible regional produce.
