Surrounded by mountains and forests, we are the first nature and yoga hotel in South Tyrol to offer special yoga arrangements to bring body and soul back into harmony. Simply said, yoga is the connection and harmony of body, soul and mind. Feel your body, breathe in and let go.

Breathe deeply and arrive. Airy and free. Light and open. With views of the mountains, you listen to your inner silence in the panorama yoga room, or to the singing of birds and rustling of leaves on the trees on our yoga forest terrace.
In our weekly yoga programme and our special retreats with international teachers, we show you how to escape the ordinary stress of everyday life.

Rooms in the heart of nature.

Here, indoors becomes outdoors. Natural wooden floors, airy room heights and large glass fronts. Our two spacious panoramic yoga rooms are located in protected seclusion a few metres from the lily pond. It is a wonderful feeling when we gaze from here to the horizon and connect with ourselves.

The larch wood yoga platform is located a five-minute walk away in a beautiful forest clearing. Can you hear the woodpecker hammering, the wind whispering and the leaves rustling? Do you smell spicy tree resins and the fragrant grasses? Do you feel the first rays of sunshine on your skin? There is hardly a more magical place to practise yoga and to connect with yourself.

Our team of certified yoga instructors offers daily varied classes for all abilities: Slow or dynamic, gentle or powerful, flowing or holding.

High quality accessories of mats, blocks, meditation cushions, blankets, yoga bolsters and straps are available during our yoga classes.

Not just on the mat.

For us, yoga is more than healthy fitness. It is a way of life. The sustainable Saalerwirt concept places great emphasis on well-being and health: Relax in the soothing warmth of the saunas, refresh yourself in the ecological natural swimming pond or simply sit on the bathing jetty and watch the dancing dragonflies.

All inhouse suites are built to limit the exposure to electromagnetic radiation and furnished in South Tyrolean Swiss pine wood, with orthopaedic mattresses and bedding made of plant fibres.

In our kitchen we use organic produce from our own farm, herbs from the kitchen garden, and as far as possible regional produce.
