Time to wake up. The first gentle sounds of the bells from the small church of Maria Sares ring in the start of the day. Time for me to enjoy the first rays of sunshine and to breathe in the fresh mountain air.

Time to recharge energy. Yoga or breakfast? The choice is not easy. One thing is clear: I am starting an unforgettable day in harmony with the beautiful nature. Whether during an early yoga session from the weekly programme, or over a fantastic breakfast with home-made and local products. The sky is close by and simply delicious. I am happy!

Time for adventures. The mountain is calling. Out into nature. Hiking. Biking. Winter sports, or would I rather enjoy some shopping in Brunico? I am creating my own special day!

I’m back in Maria Sares, my bags full of plenty of memories. I am spoilt for choice: Relax in the sauna house, or take a deep breath and feel the power at the natural swimming pond, a treatment in our nature SPA, a soothing massage or maybe better a book in the library by the wood-burning stove?

Time for culinary pleasure. Once more, the kitchen team indulges me with lovingly prepared regional dishes. The natural cuisine and the warm hospitality are truly special. Accompanied by a glass of South Tyrolean wine from the hotel’s own cellar... of all that is simple only the best. Simply delicious!

Time for enjoyment. There is still time for a guided wine tasting in the wine cellar with sommelier Gabriel. Or maybe I stay in the dining room and enjoy pleasant conversations with other guests or my hosts? Or maybe a game of bowls on the historic bowling alley? Or today just leaning back, chilling and reflecting on the day.

Time to relax. Tired and just happy all around, I fall into bed. This magical place, this unique day has ended. I am looking forward to an excellent night’s sleep and a new morning. So happy!
