In our family-run nature hotel the host family Tauber welcomes your and looks after you with its team and its special hospitality. We are neither an adults-only nor a pure wellness hotel, but an open house for everyone who values attention to detail and love of nature.
For many decades, we have been cultivating this friendly hospitality culture and have been there for our guests with sincere joy.

Since 2023, we have been able to heat our entire facility and the swimming pool with wood chips from our own and neighbouring forests. A self-contained circle from the constantly regenerating 20 ha. of the “Saalerwirt” forest.

As a historic gourmet hotel and part of the “Südtiroler Gasthaus” group, we are passionately dedicated to good and healthy country cuisine, where joy and a down-to-earth attitude are present at all time. We are one of the special hotels in South Tyrol in an idyllic location, which stands for personal, authentic hospitality, closeness to the region and to nature.
