The Saalerwirt is one of the oldest inns in South Tyrol. Our originally preserved Stuben with tiled stoves form the traditional setting for a balanced and natural cuisine. As a gourmet hotel and part of the Locande Sudtirolesi group, we dedicate ourselves daily with passion and the credo “of all that is simple only the best” to this high-quality country house cuisine, which we constantly reinterpret.
Our gourmet half-board focuses on the best local products. Vegetables and herbs are partly from our own and from regional cultivation. The daily fresh eggs as well as our meat are from our own farm or are sourced from small producers in the immediate vicinity.
