I have been running Saalerwirt's spa area since 2006 and from my very first yoga session, ten years ago, it has been my favourite activity together with riding. At the beginning I needed a lot of patience with my body but as it became easier over time, I felt the positive effects of yoga more and more.
Since that time yoga has accompanied me through all life's ups and downs and after a long trip to India I concluded my yoga teacher training in the S. Sivananda and T. Krishnamacharya tradition. We offer yoga sessions 5 days a week to all our guests. This is included in the accommodation price.
Saalerwirt is one of the oldest guest houses in South Tyrol and we lay great emphasis on tradition. Nevertheless yoga harmonises perfectly in such a place of power as Maria Saalen, where you can practise and live the tradition to the full.
